School Administrator
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated person to become our school administrator, to cover a period of maternity leave. The post is for 32.5 hours a week term-time and is due to begin in February.
You will be the welcoming face of our school and as such, be friendly and welcoming. Applicants need to have excellent organisation, interpersonal and IT skills, a sense of humour and an ability to work flexibly as a member of a team. You will need to be able to cope with a wide range of demands of a busy office environment.
A good level of literacy skills is essential, as is the ability to keep sensitive information confidential. Experience of working within a school office environment would be desirable, but not essential. Training will be provided.
The School Administrator plays a key role in our office team – from meeting and greeting visitors to ensuring our Management Information System is maintained accurately, and playing a key role in the recruitment process, and much more! The job description details the various elements of this role.
